Time is ready for the audit of the current Tenancy Laws in Lagos State observing the authorization of another Monthly Tenancy Scheme.
Review that the Lagos State Government had in December 2021 said it will execute a month to month lease conspire in the state starting from January 2022. One of the arrangements of the new Tenancy Laws is that occupants in the state will as of now not be needed by their property managers to pay their rents yearly or two, three years ahead of time.
