About the Author
Dr. Babatunde Adetunji Oni has been teaching Law of Succession and Administration of Estate Laws for over fifteen years at the Faculty of Law, University of Lagos. He has also supervised students at various levels (undergraduate and post-graduate) in the area of Succession, Administration of Estate Laws, Land Law, Equity and Trusts, Conveyancing Law and Landlord and Tenant Law.
He was awarded a Master of Laws Degree (LL.M) from Obafemi Awolowo University in 2003. He bagged his Ph.D. in law from the University of Lagos in 2010 and LL.B Honours Second Class Upper in 1997 from Ogun State University Ago-iwoye (now Olabisi Ona banjo University). He has to his credit several Academic Awards and prizes in Land Law, Equity & Trusts, Nigerian Legal System, and Commercial Law amongst others. He was at the Nigerian Law School in 1997 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in February 1998. He joined the Department of Private and Property Law of the University of Lagos in 2004 after an active legal practice.
